With a Diploma (NVQ) Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills, and a wealth of specialist training, Shanelle is dedicated to ensuring that providers not only meet regulations but create environments where young people can truly thrive.
